Beijing Dongtian Auto Parts Co., Ltd. has built a new production base in Jinta Development Zone, Dingxing County, Baoding City, Hebei Province. The base covers a total area of 22 mu. The first phase (Workshops 1 and 2) will be completed and put into production by the end of June 2021. The second phase is planned to be completed by the end of December 2021. After the completion of the new base, the designed production capacity will reach 350,000 automotive starters and 250,000 generators.

Beijing Dongtian Auto Parts Co., Ltd. has built a new production base in the Jinta Development Zone, Dingxing County, Baoding City, Hebei Province. The base covers a total area of 22 mu. The first phase of construction (Workshops 1 and 2) will be completed and put into production by the end of June 2021. The second phase is planned to be completed by the end of December 2021. After the completion of the new base, the designed production capacity will reach 350,000 automotive starters and 250,000 generators.

The construction of this new base will introduce the concept of green production and energy conservation and emission reduction, and realize intelligent manufacturing, green manufacturing, and innovative manufacturing. In terms of intelligent manufacturing, full and semi-automatic automation has been achieved throughout the entire production process. Through the extensive application of information systems, delivery time has been greatly shortened, and the responsiveness of the production line has been improved; in terms of green manufacturing, a number of energy-saving and emission-reduction measures have been implemented from aspects such as factories, equipment, and processes; in terms of innovative manufacturing, advanced technologies and new processes have been introduced, resulting in significant improvements in quality, performance, cost reduction, and energy efficiency.
